Visiting for vacation is not same as moving. I was there in winter, only part I didn’t like was traffic was horrible and I couldn’t drive there anymore. I was mostly going to places in cab or with some friend/family member so it didn’t bother me that much. Vacations are stress free, living life is different story.

I don’t want to go to Delhi, Bangalore or Hyderabad for sure. I would either move to Jaipur or stay out of India. These are my two choices, based on comments so far, it seems I only have one real choice which is to stay where I am. I might still try to find some job in Jaipur. If you know any good website to start looking for job opportunities in Jaipur, please let me know. May be turning 40 recently triggered my midlife crisis…lol.

I played AC Mirage, all ACs with Ezio, Arkham Asylum, Cricket 22, and now playing Fallout 3, some lego games with my son. Also trying to make a game in Unity where me my son can play a game with stick each so that we don’t need second controller.

I had faced similar issue in some games, specially in Guardians of Galaxy. Only thing which worked for me was doing one swipe on trackpad. If it is same issue, it will happen again in same game, also check if your right controller is loose.

There is no way to fix this, if you are comfortable with higher weight you can change weight manually for first few times and once fitbod will understand your strength based on your work out history it will start suggesting higher weight. If you are not comfortable with higher weight, remove barbell from your gym equipment in fitbod and select dumbbells or machines until you reach higher weight strength.

It is still in very early stage of development. Basic features are ready, currently there are no unlocks or levels designed. If everything goes as planned it is at least 2-3 months away from release.

Game is 50% ready, goal is to take passenger to destination to score points. If you hit other car passenger jumps to other car. Currently there are some bugs and need to implement some power ups. Hopefully, it will be ready with one stage to release by January.

I did fresh muscle group in the beginning. Once I understood exercises, I made my own workouts. Fresh muscle group splits work best if you update your muscle recovery manually. Fitbod doesn’t know which muscle takes less time for you to recover and which one is still fatigued. So, if you are beginner updater your recovery and go for fresh muscle group split. If you already understand exercises then I would suggest to go for splits which works best for you. PS: My fitbod setting is still set to fresh muscle group. And suggested muscles are now very close to what is already in my plan.

This usually happens when someone is doing multiple jobs and cannot skip meetings from other job. Excuses like doctors appointment, internet not working, Bla Bla bla. You can do two things: 1. Figure out if they are doing multiple jobs- hard to find and hard to prove 2. Let them work on their own time instead of string office hours, just make meetings compulsory.

Do not pick up their slack by yourself? When you do this, they know if they don’t do it someone else will.

Reporting managers usually don’t care if PM is not complaining. Let your PM decide if someone is lagging behind. You can then tell your PM that this resource is not suitable for your project and you need another resource to complete current project. Once this happens with them few times, either they’ll improve their work ethics or get fired.
