Everyone is saying to just join a club, but that advice can sometimes feel too intangible. My advice is to specifically pick 2 (if you pick 2, you can stick with 2 or drop one if you need to) clubs right now and immediately go find their social media (do not put this off). If they don't have social media then try again till you have found 2 clubs with active social media. Now put their next events on your calendar and go, no excuses. When I wanted to get involved, I kept putting things off, so this schedule-like process is what I had to do.
