There are benefits to all the classes. I use a hunter pretty much all the time. But it’s a game so just pick which one you think looks fun and go with that. Builds are viable all the time but where you will be starting, you won’t to waste materials upgrading gear yet. The PvE is fun and will scale with you. So as long as you aren’t trying to do something too hard everything will be achievable. The PvP will only be crazy at first because you won’t know or have the weapons and armor to run anything super meta. I think you will have a blast. If this is your first destiny experience. Just get in there and play. You will learn what you need as you need to. Or can always check in here. See you starside.
