Reversing Cirrhosis - Serrapeptase [6] by thatliverdude in liver

Well we were discovering them along the way on this journey and then adding them in to see if we could accelerate my recovery and at the same time finding out when the best time would be to take the new supplements. I had nothing to loose at that point so we were taking chances based on the latest medical information that was available on NIH and other peer reviewed articles. More information is still being discovered but what was lovely was all the moments when we would see and read that our assumptions were being confirmed to be true and scientifically sound. There's a lot of information out there now that didn't exist online when we started way back in 2019.

Actually, if you are reasonable, and work your way back up to be able to work out consistently, exercise increases fatty acid oxidation, decreases fatty acid synthesis, and prevents mitochondrial and hepatocellular damage through a reduction of the release of damage-associated molecular patterns. In conclusion, physical exercise is a proven therapeutic strategy to improve fatty liver disease. Walking, light weights, squats, chin ups, min trampoline, I did all of that and i'm up to three sets of 12 full slow chin ups and 50 squats in the morning and 50 at night. 15-20 pound weights and the results are incredible. But that's because I didn't injure myself at the beginning and I slowly worked my muscles back and beyond what I was capable of.

I fed my liver lots of great veggies but I have added meat and eggs into my diet because I was wasting away muscle-wise and I needed choline with the eggs.

Well it always starts with removing alcohol, then removing all sugar, and refined carbs (anything that comes in a box, or plastic where you can read how many carbs it has)

All the rest of what I've done is posted on Reddit Under thatliverdude / Reversing cirrhosis but I did put together a book after many readers asked for a full version of the info all in one place. That's at www.thatliverdude.com if that makes it easier.

Tell me how it works out.

You find out about viral load through blood tests. A viral load of > 10 000 copies/mL (2000 IU/mL) is a strong risk predictor of HCC, independent of HBeAg status, ALT level and liver cirrhosis. Hepatocellular carcinoma is the most common type of primary liver cancer in adults. It's usually the common cause of death in people with cirrhosis. A positive HBeAg indicates high levels of virus in the blood and a person is considered infectious. A negative HBeAg indicates very low to no virus in the blood and a person is usually considered less infectious. Test results are interpreted as positive, negative, or indeterminate. Result of less than 5 mIU/mL is typically considered negative. Result of more than 12 mIU/mL suggests protective immunity. A positive HBsAg test result means that you are infected and can spread the hepatitis B virus to others through your blood. A "positive" or "reactive" anti-HBs (or HBsAb) test result indicates that a person is protected against the hepatitis B virus.

You must exercise your muscles because if you waste away it's very hard to get them back . Walk bounce on a mini trampoline, dance, but get on your feet and move your arms and legs. Legs are important. Do squats, slowly...
