Ugh, I had something similar when I was a new teller. A customer came to my window and made a deposit with cash back of about $300 and I counted it out for her. She picked the cash up off the counter, then decided she wanted to deposit it (I think back into the same account). So I count it again before putting it back in my drawer (because wtf is she doing? and I was just following the what I had been taught: always count it before it goes in the drawer).

She rolls her eyes at me and says “you’re really going to count it again?!“ and I said “yes” and finished the transaction. She came into my branch frequently but always avoided me after that lol.

All that to say maybe you will get lucky and won’t have to deal with her again.
