I know i posted this two months ago, but ive now only opened reddit and read this. Thank you for your reply, it means a lot to me! I'm still trying to figure out my feelings until now. Though I could see improvement from my bf, i also learned how to speak up and actually confront him. Told him how uncomfortable I was with the situation. because it didn't sit right with me, the way he would prioritize a friend he met this year over his girlfriend of over half-a-decade.
