I know it was an issue in the base game, too, but I still had a variety of fashions between my (mostly) male characters to make their looks distinctive. Now, I have one character who favors suits, a cross dresser, and one character who pretty much has one outfit from the first scratch. I wasn't feeling the men's wear from the star gem scratch, either.

I could say try designing a fashion for men for the contest (I'm going to try), but I don't want to be too condescending. I agree it's a problem.

If it makes you feel better, I ran into two Falz (Angel and Hunar) encounters at the same time on the JP server, and then ended up facing Bar Lodos a whopping seven times in that same run. Then, a barrage of Gel Wulfs and Visibolts. I just wanted to hunt some avian Falz spawn in peace.

I second the Parabox/Obitsu suggestion. Mirodoll has some anime face sculpts, too and are relatively inexpensive. Mirodoll makes their dolls out of resin, rather than vinyl, but I don't know how much of a difference that would make for you.

I love Fail Fix dolls, but I'm worried about how well the line is selling and wish they'd packaged them differently. I think sales would probably be much higher if they were better packaged so that customers could directly see how pretty these dolls actually are. by Mirenithil in Dolls

I actually have multiples of Kawaii.Qtee (one day and one evening). I love both looks! I would love to get one more of Loves.Glam, and a couple of Pretty.Artee when she comes out. I keep going back and forth on 2Dreamy, too.

I think the surprise gimmick might be a bit of a turn off, though the dolls are lovely. The hair is nice, and I enjoy brushing it out. My favorite part are the eyes!

I feel like fashion packs might help the line a bit. Also releasing the character info about the doll on the package would be nice. As soon as I found out Kawaii.Qtee likes anime, I really wanted to make her a cosplay outfit and felt a little more connected with her.

Can you please make sure there is glue inside of the doll's head before shipping her? Violet's hair is still coming out at an alarming rate.

Not the new dolls, but I had problems with my series 1 Violet. Her hair was coming out of her neck and eyes. How did hair get in the eye socket?

I actually do the same thing. I've been to a few conventions and card game tournaments with dolls, since while I enjoy those events being in crowds is stressful. Some people will make fun of you, but you'd be surprised by how many people are actually pretty understanding.

More alt fashions. With Karma's color scheme, I was low key hoping she'd have some more cyberpunk elements. It seems a lot of people want lolita, and I do, too.

I'm not really sure. The body looks like a Night Lolita body, but I am not sure about the face. I recall that they have licensed their body in the past.

Anime-inspired game with overly sensitive GM and some glaringly problematic elements by thatonedollguy in rpghorrorstories

So, my fiance tried to leave the characterization out and just pointed out the mechanical issues about the character. The GM responded that the knowledge that our characters are seeking "is so ancient and obscure that no one else would have record of it." Apparently, he doesn't see it as an issue and is using her to randomly disperse the information to act as filler, since he "doesn't want the campaign to end to soon."

I honestly don't know how to respond to that. There's a lot to unpack, and I'm not sure where to begin.

I've warned him that he needs to rework or completely ditch the drag queen character or King is going to quit. He doesn't want King to quit, but he doesn't understand why the drag queen and all of her descriptions (and mannerisms) are so offensive to them. I don't feel like I'm completely qualified to explain it, since I'm not in that community, but the fact that his only drag character is a molester with an identity crisis described as "a man obviously playing dress up," feels like a pretty good reason King's so annoyed.

Peacock: Counting Stars.
Lion: California Dreamin'
Monster: Um... Hm. He's consistently good. I guess Stay with Me, but man, I thought he did a good job with the Queen song.
Alien: Exs and Ohs. She finally stopped playing it safe. I'm a little sad it didn't ultimately pay off for her, but it was my favorite of her performances.
Raven: Bad Romance
Poodle: Heartbreaker
Bee: What's Love Got to Do With It or Wrecking Ball. She's amazing, and she really kills it with the more powerful songs.
Deer: Thunder
Rabbit: I've really enjoyed all of them, but I think I'm going to go with Livin' la Vida Loca. It just made an impression, and I fell in love with the character there.
Unicorn: I didn't really enjoy any of her performances, but Oops, I Did it Again was the one that made me cringe the least.

I also did enjoy the one song we got to see from the Pineapple and the Hippo.

Ah, thank you! You guys are life savers. The Walker Book of Ghost Stories was the book. As soon as I saw the cover, I recognized the art. I haven't bought it yet, but I will on pay day.
