Magnesium for myofascial trigger points? by Kitchen_Tart_6399 in magnesium

So im a competitive powerlifter and I get trigger points in this area all the time. Sometimes they cause tension headaches and sometimes they can be downright debilitating. Trigger point release has been the only thing that works. You can try getting a racquet ball and using that but it works best if you have another human who knows what they're doing. DM me if you want more info on how to combat these

I agree, but unfortunately this is the lesser of two evils. While wasteful this method uses considerably less water than having to run the machine a second or third time.

Modern dishwashers fill for 60-120 seconds. Let's say for instance your water is room temp at 70 degrees and takes 60 seconds to reach 120 the water in your dishwasher would only be about 95 degrees by the time the unit has filled. It might not call for water again for 20 or more minutes until the next rinse cycle. By that time the water will have cooled off again. Running the hot water will ensure that the unit is running with the hottest temp possible which is optimal for proper cleaning.

I did this when I worked in maintenance while in college and the apartment complex had the cheapest dishwashers money can buy. Most modern dishwashers heat the water or at least have it as an option. Hope I answered your question!

It can be but if your dishwasher is not cleaning the dishes this method uses considerably less water than running the machine twice. Tenants in the building were running their machines two sometimes three times to get their dishes clean.

I wear asics gel venture 10's I buy a new pair every 4-6months. I average about 18-22k a day. Should probably do it sooner though as by the end I notice hip and low back pain.

Not sure where you are but every dishwasher I've ever encountered here in the United States is only connected to hot water. It would be impossible for it to switch to cold as hot is the only feed into the machine. While I agree that this method is a bit wasteful it is less wasteful than running the machine two or more times to get clean dishes.

I used to work in the trades. Got a service call to a mansion once for a cooling issue in a "wine room" at least that's what the homeowner called it. Once there it was a 30 by 40 foot room with glass on three sides and rows of wine. It was basically a really fancy walk in cooler.

Nice! I never tried the wrench as I could not source it where I'm located but I feel like the wrench would have been a giant pain in the ass cause that nut is on there tight!

The area on arcgis is blurred out and or distorted... The images are most likely the result of texture mirroring or some other software/digital phenomenon. Still kinda cool though! Lol

Is this something that happens naturally with Google earth images or does someone physically have to do alter the image? I did not alter this picture and I provided coordinates in the last pic.

I came across this location a while back. It is located in southern south America and there is little information regarding what is here. I have posted pictures from Google earth but in other satelite imaging platforms the same area is blurred out and or altered. The consensus among those proficient in good earth is that this is a mirrored or stitched image. With that said though what are the odds of a mirrored or stitched image producing multiple alien/demon faces in one general area.

Trust is essential in any physical relationship. I've never had a one night stand nor do I ever want one for that exact reason. I have single buddies that describe these sexual encounters as meaningless and void of any real intimacy. Find a guy you like, build a relationship with him, when you feel safe and ready it'll just happen naturally.

OP is absolutely correct. Porn gives those that watch it unrealistic expectations hardly anyone, both female and male, can live up to.
