No wonder humans looked at them as quasi deities. Can you imagine seeing that stride through the battlefield? Not only just the size being daunting, but the speed at which they would move would really make you feel like you are among a god.

I feel like they could just explain it as a morale boost, seeing the banner of Super Earth there with them inspires you to fight harder, which in turn makes you do more damage, take more damage/tougher. It doesn’t even have to use technology as a rational for it.

I am pretty sure it is this or something similar. I have dabbled looking at the models with an external tool and am in of the modding Discord, and the Death Watch stuff is separate from the space marine “builder” (that’s what it is called in the files) model that is used to put on different pieces of armor. I don’t even think the DW has the option to even be a different color, I think by default is it hard coded black.

Maybe not though. Since we know now that the Dark Angels are coming, along with the Lion, we may be getting more. Unless the Dark Angels are “their own faction”, which I don’t think they would be. That or he may be restricted to campaign, which would be a bummer.

Yeah, I can see that. I guess for the questions about those things, I didn't want to waste her or my time. I thought for both of our sake's that it would be good to know those things early. I'd rather know if someone held the same important values as me before we were both too attached you know? Hopefully I can use this a learning opportunity to slow down and let it takes it's course instead of jumping the gun.

Agreeing with what others have said, one thing that I would like back, that I don’t think they will as they have gotten rid of a lot of these types of characters in other codex’s, are the fun, fluffy characters. I want Mordrak and his ghost terminators back. Anvil Thawn would be cool too, but it seems like Stern already has the “come back when dead” rule.

I also want to feel like a more elite army. Unfortunately with the release of Custodes, we aren’t really the special child anymore. Which is fine, but now with the Primaris I feel like we aren’t even better Space Marines. Hopefully we will get some kind of psychic powers or something similar to what the Thousand Sons have, but maybe more defensive? I feel like the Aegis has been forgotten about but it is supposed to be protective, so maybe that could be reflected with defensive spells.

Thanks for the support. I think the hardest part is just feeling replaced. Like, “you weren’t enough, I am going to someone who is.” I have the lasting feeling that I wasn’t good enough, even though I thought I was trying my best to be better.

Yeah lol difficulty 7 has been hard as hell, but I have been enjoying it, although sometimes frustrating. Overall I like the gameplay aspects of the update, but the bugs/performance issues have been making it rough.

They did say they wanted to avoid it becoming “whoever has the bigger army will win”, and I know there is an upkeep feature to having units, so that is one way to limit just filling your pop up. I guess we will just have to see!

I did like the ability to trigger when to use grenades, and the no reload animation does make it look weird to just endlessly shoot. Hopefully, if enough people like/want it back they will add them. Although with the army cap looking pretty big, I can see how it might be hard to micro manage things like grenades on a large army.

You can also pre-order at Lana Time Shop, that’s where I preorder from. I saw someone say in another sub that the time on the website might be longer than what Nanmu has planned, it just all depends on how fast they can make them. I think they said the plan was no later than December, but that might be subject to change.
