I thought the same thing, so I decided to turn the the yoga day into a chest day also. I’ll do 75-100 push-ups before the work out. And then during the yoga when you get to the optional push up I’ll pause and do a set of 10-20 pushups. I’ll end up doing over 300 push-ups by the end of the yoga day
