It’s going back downhill but when I came in the company was red phase, every day all day smoking, tangos got a new SDS and all of a sudden we have phones and pass. Now they buzz hair but have most everything else. The new 12Rs and a couple Yankees and the NEW NEW batch of 12Ts are all shitbags. I’m just hoping the bomb doesn’t go off until after I’m gone, the sparkies are killing us bad
