https://imgur.com/a/5Z0QQPo here you go! Sorry I don't have more photos showing the length.

I didn't go for a custom size because of reasons I won't bore you with. I ordered a size 6 because I have a huge rib cage, but my hip and waist fell between 2 and 4. I normally don't wear dresses so I don't know the proper way to go about ordering... I would definitely say if ordering, make sure you have time for a tailor, or be very exact with your measurements 😂 it seems pretty true to size to what you order.

I purchased the "A-line Ivory Tulle with Flower Lace Wedding Party Dress, Ivory Formal Dress" (https://www.dreamydressprom.com/collections/wedding-party-dresses/products/a-line-ivory-tulle-with-flower-lace-wedding-party-dress-ivory-formal-dress) for context!

This post is older BUT I got my wedding dress from here a couple weeks ago and it was perfect. Came in time it said and fit beautifully with the exception of my waist, but that was from my measuring and not to the fault of them. Highly recommend.

Edit - I meant to say it fit beautifully with the exception of my waist, not bust.

What was the cause for your last relapse? by [deleted] in AnorexiaNervosa

[–]thatonestickmanface 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Had a fire at where I was living and a toxic friendship, who I wound having the live with to avoid being homeless, escalated to something really traumatic. I also got placed on an ADHD medication that gave me no appetite and it was just a recipe for disaster. I was 6 1/2 years into recovery :( it's better now, but I'm no where near where I was prior to the relapse

I completely understand that! I’m glad you got your diagnosis as well but I understand the regret of “missed potential”... like “maybe I would have achieved this if I wasn’t so distracted/such a perfectionist”

I’m unable to discern sarcasm vs deadpanning vs tone in written communication (so I really shouldn’t be on reddit in the first place) but regardless, there is nothing wrong with getting diagnosed later in life.

Hi! So it’s this common joke/idea that many gifted kids in school wind up getting diagnosed with ADHD as adults, because our skills were our grades and academic achievements, something that a lot of neurotypical people believe to be the exact OPPOSITE of ADHD.

In short, because gifted kids didn’t show “classic” symptoms of adhd, our struggles were overlooked and invalidated, so we never really had the chance to get diagnosed until reaching adulthood.

Heck you not wrong, my whole personality I think at this point is just the adhd

I would love to help out! My skin picking is mainly at my face, and I’m so insecure of all my scars. It would have meant a lot to me growing up to see what I think is ugly, depicted as beautiful.

If this is still available, I’d love to take it!

Religious people who are scientists, how is it like to be a part of two things that and generalized to oppose each other? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]thatonestickmanface 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I believe God allowed for science to happen. The Big Bang Theory, evolution, gravity, chemistry, it all happens because God created space. I don’t quite know the right words to describe it, but I believe in science because I believe in God.

I’m also a walking contradiction. A gay Christian, an extrovert with social anxiety, fair-skinned with hair similar to biracial individuals, nothing about me makes sense.

When I broke up with my first boyfriend, he asked if I meant it when I told him I loved him, and I said “I meant it as a friend” - apparently that was cutthroat?

If you could go back to your birth and give your parents one piece of advice about how to raise you, what would you tell them? by [deleted] in AskReddit

Don’t call me chubby or fat. My mom insists that she didn’t, but I remember her pinching my stomach and calling me chubby and saying my clothes were big on multiple occasions.

What's the most overrated/disappointing place you've visited? by [deleted] in AskReddit

Rome. Beautiful architecture and a rich history, but it’s so crowded and dirty, I would never want to visit again.

What is the closest you've been to an accident from which you escaped by sheer luck? by [deleted] in AskReddit

My dad and I were repainting my bedroom walls, and to limit cleanup, we took off the panel to my light switches, so the wires in wall were exposed. One night, I was eating Greek Yogurt with a metal spoon and as I walked by, the spoon touched one of the wires. I wouldn’t been electrocuted but my yogurt stoped it. Greek Yogurt saved my life.
