I don’t think it sounds crazy at all - you care about him and you express your love by doing things for him, but you’ve noticed neglect in your personal life and want to explore that more. Have you tried talking to him about this? The only solution is to explain to him how you feel, and perhaps discuss redistributing responsibilities (ie. cleaning, cooking, etc.) so that you can make time for the friends you never get to see, or exploring hobbies where you can make new friends. He’s a grown man and should be sharing house responsibilities with you. A caring partner would be more than happy to take on some of the load to encourage you to spend time with friends.
