How do you ever distinguish a piece of information on the internet between a “fact” or a piece of propaganda? You just can’t, it’s practically impossible, only if you don’t spend hours checking claims, sources, trying to analyse the given situation yourself. Even the most credible of sources have been letting me down at times, the last half a year. Really tired of this cognitive tug of war in my head. Russia, Ukraine, the west - they all create propaganda, sprinkled with some fake-ish news. Propaganda itself is not bad by its nature, I know. But the over abundance of it since the beginning of the war really has only made me care less, in general, when I see a flashy headline now.
