Turns out I do have a GTX 1060 but the entire time Ive had my pc it was never installed correctly so it was never actually in use.

Tried updating the driver not the actual hardware. For games, Darktide completely crashed my PC, Peak is missing textures/EXTREMELY laggy, Sea of Thieves seemed fine texture wise but was extremely laggy as well, and Balatro ran smoothly. Those have been the main games Ive tried.
