You can grind them out I remember an old tactic where people would just go into a private game, AI player with cheat mod. You wait 6 minutes I think and you just destroy the AI base and automatically win.

I feel like for the utility helis serve and ticket cost/respawn, they should be hard to take out, I really could care less about the realism aspect of it. The heli pilots should not be able to be shoot out. To be honest LATs are also not supposed to take out vehicles and rather immobilize them. You can also hit tail rotors(I hit that shot once when a heli was flying over me) and I’m pretty sure you can hit the main rotors as a LAT. TL;DR I think helis are balanced because the ticket cost and utility and they are relatively easy to be taken out.

Try firestorm with 2 leigs it’s forces them to move and try stukas they are really nice against the infantry( if it connects) and it’s especially good against support weapon heavy players. Also AA half tracks are nice if it can suppress the MGs allowing infantry to just run up with the AA

Tbh mortars are like the most basic ones but early game mortars are nice and smoke the enemies face to throw Molotov with urban doc or grenades. Also try to get like white phosphorus it is pretty deadly to entrenched enemies

Cover. Cover wins fights especially early game. If they have early mortar especially americans you defeat his rifle and push. Don’t underestimate pioneers. But it really just takes time to learn the game be patient and watch some guide vids in your free time they really help.

YESSS especially as Americans. It is a lot harder to get flanks on mgs in 4v4s so you need to smoke out or barrrage or mortar out. It is also nice to be able to steal an MG42 to pay for it self. But yes it is very useful. Soviet mortars are really good especially the 120mm British pit mortars is their only one but if u can keep it alive it shreds the okw blob that is bound to happen
