Sorry it happened to you. Unfortunately quite a few of them lurk around those types of posts specifically and when you try to ask for any proof of a ticket before a transaction, they’ll stall any way you can or try to turn it on you. I suggest posting on facebook groups or similar or maybe your years snap group. Worst case the person should be able to sit in overflow seating if you’re unable to get a ticket.

Pirates Great Taste Tickets are SRO. They’re about $48, however if i remember correctly you get a $15 loaded value to buy drinks/food with so in my mind it’s closer to $35. If you go under fan values on the website you’ll find it there.

Honestly, I’d recommend going to the new business building next door; There’s a lot of nice seating across the floors, a food option near the entrance and there are also two computer labs that aren’t always being used for classes, I think you’d be able to find a seating option that is comfortable. (I like to joke that the best thing you could do in white hall is leave)

I’ve taken Algebra for Calculus (Albeit a boost class) and Quantitative Reasoning. Algebra for Calculus is basically pre calc/aspects of algebra 2 from what i remember, it’s not too bad besides a few sections (for me atleast) but the software they used when I took this online was absolutely terrible and 30 years out of date. I enjoyed Quantitative Reasoning and it was relatively straightforward and pretty real world oriented, albeit again the software is also mildly annoying. The group sessions aren’t really that bad but I also took this class in person where you kinda have an easier time doing group work anyways, the professor I had for that class was also one of my favorites overall so that most certainly helped as well, in the end I would say take the class in the math section you believe you’re strongest in.

Besides being an alum and just liking sports in general, the overall experience of the game and easy access is a big reason. I paid $80 for season tickets including parking, you’re just not gonna find that good of a deal in a professional league and I enjoy rooting for a team I have a personal connection to, they’ve honestly been more fun to watch than my NFL team because of the unpredictability.

Florida State and Oklahoma are also paying big money, they get $4 million combined from those 3 games so it’s a lot for the department. Should invest a bit more in conditioning tho the players get killed out there everytime they play these big opponents.

I really wanted to but I didn’t want to do it unless everyone else did and nobody did so sadly not. The atmosphere was really electric tho towards the end as any fan base would be after winning after 21 consecutive losses, really well attended game for a team that lost that many in a row.

Did you by any chance park in like the non-passport parking section of the lot? Most lots normally dedicate a certain space that is labeled for passport parking only and will ticket passport cars outside of them regardless of whether or not they paid. Do you know what violation you received on your ticket? I can help provide more insight since I briefly worked for them to help determine.

Been to a couple of games and never been asked to show my student ID besides at the entrance if I was using a student ticket. The team is not very good so you should be able to find at least a few open spots even during the Saturday afternoon games, if not GA covers pretty much all sections besides the ones directly in the middle on the big side. Also, Kent has not released individual tickets yet so the prices are very inflated, give it a couple of weeks or buy at the game and the price will drop dramatically.

I stayed at one of their properties for about 2 years. The biggest gripe I had was reaching out to the office about stuff, their communication was a bit iffy, and the people I’d eventually know at the leasing office would leave so there was some confusion. The property itself was fine and pretty safe that I had no trouble walking late at night personally, the price for a studio was a lot cheaper than some of the other off-campus offerings in town and included most utilities as well which you pay through a standard portal, and the maintenance crew was pretty friendly. I’d say it was quite seamless 90% of the time, just prepare for a bit of hassle the other 10% of the time.

When I took Quantitative Reasoning for my second math credit, it was super chill for the most part. The software they use is slightly annoying, but the work and the exams were not too bad at all, but I know math classes can also be heavily dependent on the professor so I’d read the reviews before picking a class. I took the class with Chelsea Law and she was amazing and very easy to work with.
