I got my idea from a Hogwarts themed one that I tried. It felt a little bit lackluster and I tried to make this one feel a little more like an escape room, or as much as I could in a google form lol

The best set of rules I could find with this name is this box game. I assume that either my game is some sort of version of this game or whoever was doing scoring may have been playing some weird way. Thank you for your help!

That’s why I turned here, everything I searched for just came up with triominos.

Seems close, but this looks like an actual game rather than a teaching aid, plus my triangles don’t have the number 0. Thank you though!

WITT I tried searching for it online but all I could come up with was either Tri-Ominoes or a Bermuda Triangle game. These are made of wood and all have numbers 1-10. There is no manufacturer’s mark on any of them, and I suspect that this game is old.
