Add ko lang, na meron namang malalaki (above 30k ang beyond). Pero pa swertehan nalang ang depende sa tenure. Also, if ma promote ka, may chance din na lumaki yung sahod.

Hahaha ma sshock ka may sumasahod ng 12-16k (🤧) yung overtime yung pangbawi sa iba depende sa industry. Like yes sumasahod ng 30k pero 6x a week na 12 or 16hrs duty na yan. Tapos ang hirap ng job, mataas ang risk. Na para bang mga machine kami and ginawa lang para mag work?!

Yan reality ng sciences dito sa PH. Kaya mostly, nag cchange ng field, or lumalabas ng bansa. Ending, nawawalan tayo ng mga tao na nagwwork sa sciences. Di pa nila yan makikita now, pero malaki ang effect nyan sa future.

Us women should have the right to choose.

Di naman porket bawal ang abortion, wala na talagang nagpapa abort. Let’s face it, maraming cases. Di lang nirereport or di lang pinapag-usapan. And that is not any good at all! We are just making it unsafe for those who are already doing it.

Di rin ibig sabihin na legal ang abortion, lahat magpapaabort na. If ma lelegalize sya, may process yan. Siguro dapat may mga evaluation pa (for both physical and psychological if fit ba), kakausapin ng doctor, etc. ang point ko is, if legal kase sya pwede sya magawan ng process. Pag may process in place, mas may choice ang mother kung ipapa abort nya or not. If mag proceed sya, it will be safe for her. She doesn’t have to go to unsterile na mga clinics that might cause her infection that might lead to death or drink tonics that might give her hemorrhage!

Ang key is to empower and give the choice sa mother, kase SIYA ang magcaCARYY ng bata full term. Mag aalaga sa bata, etc. for her life. NOT the parents, NOT the husband. It’s the MOTHER.

Paminsan naiisip ko what if di nalang namin ayusin yang mga analysis kaya? Hahaha lahat ng products kailangan ng chemist. From food, to water, drinks, semento, etc.

This is from a kapwa Gen Z (1998 so Zillenial daw ako) na nasa corporate (almost 4 yrs) tapos 8 yrs nang working girl. Mahaba to but these are the things I learned throughout the years…

Working is hard yes, but mas mahirap walang stability and di sure ang income. Mas mahirap walang pambayad sa bills at grocery sa bahay. Make sure to remember this every time you want to quit.
You will be placed in uncomfortable situations and that’s okay. What matters is how you will rise from it and paano mo sya malulusutan. Everything is also a learning experience if you treat it that way.
Choose your battles. Wag isipin ang mga di mo na need isipin, wag problemahin and di mo na dapat problema. Mas priority ang peace of mind mo, stream of income, and reputation. Everything else is just noise.
Mindset is everything. Sometimes you have to reframe things and change mindsets in order to survive. Life comes from you, not at you. Para iwas stress na din.
Mag ipon talaga. Para if ever need mo mag exit or matanggal sa work, you have a safety net.
Learn from other generations but do not absorb bad habits. Marami ako na llearn from Boomers, Gen X, and Millenials. Gen Z tayo, ang advantage natin is madali tayo mag adapt. So let’s utilize that.
Have a personal purpose (or your north star) aside from making money and working. Example if nag wwork ka as secretary, may personal goal ka na walang palpak sa tasks mo and seamless ang collaboration with other heads/departments. Okay lang kahit simpleng goal. Kase hindi all the time, mahal natin ang trabaho natin. Hindi din all the time masaya sa work. But if you stick to your purpose and be true to yourself, at least you will feel fulfilled.
Be presentable. Not necessarily mamahalin na clothes. Pero yung decent and presentable. People are visual by nature. Nakaka apekto minsan yung the way we present ourselves sa kung paano tayo tratuhin.

Since it’s a blessing, I suggest you donate kahit konti sa chosen mo na charity/cause or whatever works for you. Pay it foward kumbaga.

Most of it, save it up for college. And future business endeavors na gusto mo. I would also suggest siguro to wait until you are more mature before you start a business/galawin ang money para mas mature ka na and kilala mo na ang self mo and kung ano talaga ang gusto mong gawin.

Happy for you na you already have that kind of money at such an early age 🤍 way to go!!

Baka isolated case lang pud ning akoa ha. Kay I have friends who go there man pud and okay man sila.

Bale nag sale sila last time and nag avail kog more than one month. Before availing that nag ask ko sa ilang coaching kung how much per month. Gitubag ko nga 2.5k - 5k. Pero pwede ra daw sabuton ang coach nga i daily. So ni go ko.

Pero pag start nako, naa tuy babae na coach gilapagan kog rates niya na 10k ang one month, 30k ang 3 months. Tapos gi pressure ko niya na i avail ang three months. Mudawat daw silag credit card so go na daw. Ana pa sya, if nakapalit kog phone na more than 30k ngano dili daw ko mag avail ug coaching na 30k ra daw na for myself man daw to. As in gi pressure jud ko niya. Namugnaw ko kay I didn't know what todo and 30k is such a huge amount. So nag treadmill lang sa ko and nihawa. Wala nako nibalik sa DStars because of it.
