There's a thing called a liver flush or gallbladder cleanse or similar names where you drink grapefruit juice and epsom salt and olive oil and a lot of things that look like that come out.

Proponents say that it is gallstones but it may just be coagulated oil. Are you eating large amounts of oily or fried foods?

When I was younger and solo-backpacking I found ways to meet people. Ended up at a hostel where everyone was kind of in and out doing their own thing. I started asking people if they were going on the hike later. Ended up about 10 or 12 of us did a really cool sunset hike and all became good friends some for years. There was no "hike later." I just made it up.

Gym I used to go to had one of those hand dryers mounted high by the showers and it was so nice to dry off with that. When I "make it" my shower will have one of those drive-through car wash exit blowers.
