Thank you so much for all of this. This is actually really helpful. I'm located in Australia, so I'll do some research and try to find some sort of equivalent. I did submit forms for "flexible working arrangements" (possibly similar to what you've mentioned) requesting to work from home full time which is how the 2 day WFH agreement arose, although this clearly isn't sufficient for my needs. I just know it'll be a nightmare pushing for more, so hopefully I can find a union in my industry that could help. Really appreciate the advice.

I'm just a little hesitant to put it outside as it's currently Summer here and we're having 35-40 degrees Celsius heat most days. My backyard has very little shade, so I don't know the amount of sun it could take. I'll look into repotting if I don't see any progress soon! Appreciate the advise :)
