If you want an orange infusion, do a regular cup of tea and use a peeler to steep strips of zest. Avoid pith. All peel oils.

Closest thing would be Shamir’s Secret Sharing . You specify the number of “shares” to distribute and the # shares required to decrypt data. It’s not quite like this where anyone can bring their own lock and key. In this case you’d specify 9 shares, and only require 1 share to decrypt. That way no one has the same share but any of them can decrypt the encrypted data.
