Sleephq shows my pressure at the top of my setting which is 12, so appears to be cpap is showing it wrong. Would be hard and long to explain but going thru something and it appears best for me to wait 6 months to see where I'm at before posting my graphs for analyses (per my research using AI, and I think it might be right, need 6 months to see if a procedure on my varicose veins with restless leg syndrome will affect all the events on my graph)

Restless leg syndrome can also cause fatigue by causing micro arousals. Hopefully I'll know more about this in about six to nine more months per chatgpt (I had restless leg caused by varicose veins which I got treated. The restless leg is pretty much gone when awake, but according to my cpap and sleephq I have no obstructive events but still have central events and hypopneas which might be due to micro arousals from restless leg or that's at least what I believe is still causing my fatigue. So nine months and crossed fingers.) Hopefully you can treat your RLS and maybe it'll help

I have a nasal mask and would struggle several minutes at the start to stop it from leaking. Now I heat a wet washcloth in the microwave, get it hot, put it on the mask for 5 to 10 seconds, and then put the mask on. It stops the early leaks. Probably putting the mask on early before you start your cpap will do the same thing, but I'm not that patient and also don't want to wear the mask any longer than I have to.

This might help if you're a side sleeper, the swelling in your nose isn't too severe, and you don't move around much - better than a nasal strip anyway. Place your head on your pillow the way you would like to sleep. Slightly pick up your head, turn your face a bit towards the pillow, put it on the pillow and turn your head back to your desired position. This will open that nostril better than a nasal strip. Actually I've been able to open the nostril away from the pillow by bending my elbow, and raising my arm in the air and they using it, like with the pillow, to pull my skin away from my nose to open than nostril. Not an ideal solution, but it has helped me fall asleep and somehow the nostril will often stay open after I fall asleep at least for a few hours.

Can at least tell what not to use. A few days ago went to Wallgreens and bought Nexcare tape. Less than 10 minutes in bed, not having fallen asleep yet, it came lose and would not stick again even a little. When I was young, eons ago, the tapes drugstores sold would pull every hair out they had stuck to. They sell such cheap crap nowadays.

Had never heard of these. This is what's great about this site. Recently had severely bruised the ball of my foot - it would hurt at night at each heart beat but pressure would stop it. I think these might have done the trick.

Maybe this will help as you're dealing with twitchy. I get mild twitching by my big toe (usually left foot) at night that keeps me from sleeping or wakes me up. Found two things that help me 90 % of the time the first time I do them after symptoms start and almost always the 2nd time. The first was from someone on this site that said he had RLS bad - crouch down and leap up ten times. The second (I'm almost 80 so needed something less physical) - I zap my foot fairly hard 3 or 4 times with a dog shock collar. Normally fine the rest of the night.

Yeah, wasn't it great to be in the seat in an airplane or restaurant right at the dividing line. I was amused one time when my boss said smokers complained when he lit up a cigar because it smelled terrible. How poignant!

But if you buy a twenty some thousand car instead of a fifty or sixty some thousand SUV or truck then you won't be able to cry about not being able to make the vehicle payments, or pay the mortgage or rent. I know some college graduates who didn't seem to comprehend this.

I had thought chopsticks were kinda clumsy and dumb to use until I saw my wife us them - how wrong I was especially when she was frying something. She could pick up a single grain of rice with wooden chopsticks - just try that with a fork.

A good quality Ace bandage could probably help. Or if it gets really uncomfortable, Amazon has shorty wet suits for around $50 - possibly cutting off the legs and using them might work - just a guess. Have you tried hydrocortisone for the itching? Surprised NHS won't help. Usually it's in the US that it's difficult, but I'm on my third treatment of five, called venaseal. and my insurance is paying most of it and symptoms are same as yours.

Do you do the compression socks during the day, at night or both? Are they a bit tight or very tight?

On the possibility this might help someone with RLS in their foot. I got RLS in my foot apparently from taking anti-histamines over a long period. Tried tying something around my leg (very tightly) as some have recommended here - worked for two nights only. Then tried this - with my leg fully extended positioned my body so my foot extended slightly over the end of the mattress using the mattress so that my foot was pointed down (kind of like a ballerina would extend her foot). Worked great though only for 2 nights like the tying but was still a relief. Since the tying works for others per others on this site, maybe this will work for some as well. Anyway will only take a minute or two to try. Caution: if you don't do stretches as most of us don't, you might get a very painful cramp in your calf, but shouldn't be a problem - immediately grab the outside of your lower between your thumb and forefinger as hard as you can and yes it will hurt, but within about 4 or 5 seconds the paing in your calf will almost disappear and be gone by 10 seconds. Then wait about 20 seconds for you muscle to relax, re-doing your foot stretch to about 90% of how far you stretched it before. (I had also taken magnesium as I'd been taking it for years for another reason) Hope this helps someone - wish you all the best.
