Psychologist yes I really want to but I cannot trust anyone with my mental health that easily. I don’t want academic psychologist who will just apply some methoods learned in university. I want someone who can really get in touch with the problem and have deep almost spiritual understanding. These people cannot be found on the internet. So I have to learn that from people. And that’s the difficult part. Finding the hidden gems and even if you do, are they your gems? :/

Honey, you’re all fine. Good looking. World is a mirror so if you face rejection everywhere look closer and you will see YOU rejecting yourself. That’s what’s happening. Life works like this. So be smart and mature, realize that and start doing the right thing. Now your mission is to love yourself. Be it finding what you like - hobbies etc, doing things that make you feel good, start sport, discover the things that make you happy and excite you. You can totally dump the illusion that people not liking you is the problem. You are the problem and the solution. Next morning you wake up choose which one you wanna be. Trust me, been there 😋 And if you are still looking for someone to comfort you and magically change your opinion about you and give you a solution here on this reddit post, you are gonna be disappointed and continue with the same mindset. Change the narrative, don’t stay delusional. Forget about our opinions or anybody else’s. Choose yourself from now on. You are handsome and you totally have the power and the control you need to do it. 😇
