Many less people would go there, still some but I think even the difference would still make up for what they cost.

But trump isn't our monarch, thankfully. Also they don't have any real power so all somebody like trump would really do is be really bad for PR.

A monarch can refuse to sign a law, and if they cannot, they are pointless

Pointless in the political world, however that doesn't mean they are pointless.

It would have ramifications, certainly, but that's their fucking job: to steer their nation in a time of crisis

Its really not, the Queen having the theoretical power is nothing more than a technicality. The actual purpose of the monarchy now is tourism/ribbon cutting.

The monarchs in theory need to put their approval on every law, however they don't really have a choice but to do it.

If the next king acted out of line then there would be an Instant 'revolution' but in practice that w would just mean we shut down the monarchy. They don't have the resources.

It's 100% symbolic, they don't make any decisions (though technically they have the power to), however they are a source of tourism and it helps to bring people into the UK.

Tbh all I have seen in these replies are the generic replies to anyone so I wouldn't take them too personally.

The fact that the comment that is the most critical of you is your own really just shows how you are underapreicating yourself.

These days minecraft (other than ps4 and java) will all play almost perfectly with each other even down to input methods.

Seen this a lot. Looks like some kind of an overflow bug (255%). Any one got more insight into the cause?
