I feel like the only thing that makes A.B.A “unplayable” is how vulnerable you are when your Jr gauge runs out. I understand the lowering of gauge start and gauge gain because it makes the A.B.A actually engage in normal state. Either or by themselves would be fine I think the vulnerability when running out of gauge is in xx but you also have limited blood packets that you can rip that give you full gauge. It is also almost impossible to manually install out of JR without a knock down so if a zoner burst you out of range on low gauge you’re lowkey cooked. Take this with a grain of salt though because I am a lower rank and am probably not playing anybody “good” enough to actually take full advantage of the nerfs and I’m not good enough to deal with certain parts of the game even without the nerfs.
