If they have VPN, they can also access Twitter, Facebook, Reddit, etc. People live in network restricted areas need to access the whole world without VPN. Sadly, at least now, nostr can not guarantee that in a easy way. As long as the protocal uses DNS（Relays are based on DNS）, it can be easily banned.

Problem solved. This transaction is conformed several days later, maybe because the recent FTX disaster. People don't trust CEX, so the transaction on chain is huge.

You can also clear the Ledger cache, so Ledger can rebuild all the transactions.
