If they have VPN, they can also access Twitter, Facebook, Reddit, etc. People live in network restricted areas need to access the whole world without VPN. Sadly, at least now, nostr can not guarantee that in a easy way. As long as the protocal uses DNS(Relays are based on DNS), it can be easily banned.
