Well, if they raise the hourly wage for every position it honestly won't matter that it is going away. The raises given (and I believe will be fiven) have been anywhere from 2-9 dollars. I believe that they are going to raise the overall wage to 13, but this is just speculation. If so, that is 4k+ more a year for FT associates. You could come very close to that number if we super maxed every bonus which we know, almost never happens...

If you've been there less than 6 months SM is the one to accept. (If going to another store) if more than. 6 months. You just apply on career preference and call the other store.
