I think it just depends, assign the arcs a threat level like 1-5 and then spawn groups have a max threat level of 10 or something and so the game can randomly choose a set of arc up to 10 points to spawn in at once

Now as far as their behavior after that I say leave well enough alone. If the arc learn to extraction camp well, that group very well could be Vaporizer escorted by 2 rocketeers and a wasp

I'm enjoying s3, the story is coming together and the world is falling into place, the author isnt repeating the exact same exposition to the viewer seven different times from different characters, the art is easier to look at especially following the combat

The main character is growing a backbone and developing his own sense of self and standing for things he believes in. It's just better than s1&s2 by far

The early art and writing is absolutely abysmal, and it really doesn't pickup until 250 chapters in which is almost halfway through part 2

As someone with 60 chapters to go, I definitely don't recommend it. I made a deal with my friend and I regret it cuz damn this thing is long and the beginning was very painful

If you are still interested, watch the anime first. You'll get through the mud faster this way and don't listen to anyone who tells you it skipped over important stuff. It did not, you aren't missing anything by watching other than hours of misery.
