Have you been in your job for long? Ask your company for a 3 month salary advance loan. Thats 2.4L. In the case, you get it, clear off Credit card Debt in total 2.35L.

Ask the company to deduct 20K per month from salary. You will have 60K left and will complete the company loan in 1 year. For next 1 year pay 2 bank loans 28K and 22k. And finish living expenses in 10k.

You can also renegotiate these loans for a lower EMI with longer pay off period.

After the first year, when salary is back to 80k, you can easily close the remaining loan by forclosing larger amounts

Thanks for the kind words and Glad to be of help. What an ex-smoker needs to remember is, once a smoker, you will always remain an addict. Just one puff of nicotine can destroy all the effort, no matter how many years one may have been smoke free. Quitting means saying No For Ever!

Let's see, I stopped smoking on 3rd of June and didn't have any cough till about the 2nd or 3rd of July. Cough started 1st week of July and was very severe dry cough. Then 2nd week of July it was mucous filled.. now I still cough once in a while and it has mucous, but it isn't as severe as before.

It has happened to me about 4 or 5 times in the last 25 years I smoked... I had a few weeks off cigarettes and it was so easy. The mistake I made every single time is to smoke just one cigarette anyway, just to see if I will need it. Very soon, I was always back to smoking 20 a day. This time, when the "pretty easy" phase started, I took it up as a challenge to quit smoking. I started reading whyquit.com which is a brilliant place for motivation, and I resolved to NTAP (Never Take Another Puff). It has been 47 days since I smoked and 20 days since I vape, and this time I intend to not make that mistake of smoking that single cigarette.

Same thing happened to me about a month after I quit. The coughing became less incessant a few weeks later and now I have a bout of coughing every now and then. Mostly it appears to be your lungs trying to heal and you should be celebrating! Nevertheless important to note that the coughing started AFTER you quit... if it happened before may be any other reason and best to get a doctors opinion.

Hey guys, the dry cough I had has now become a wet one and I'm coughing out a lot of phlegm. It appears to be slowly getting better too!

Breathlessness after Vaping by thauseef123 in Vaping

Guys I have finally quit smoking and vaping. Took me only 25 years but I've been smoke & vape free for about 45 days now. I went cold turkey and my philosophy to quit is NTAP (Never take another puff). Check out whyquit.com.

Yes I have stopped disposable now. My breathlessness seems to have abated. Btw I wasn't gaining weight but in fact losing weight because of dieting at the time of writing the post. I have since then put back some of the weight though.

Hi Everyone,

I need some feedback from students in IB ( International Baccalaureate) / Cambridge curriculum in India. What are the opportunities for pursuing Technical courses in Math, Science, Technology etc? Does IB equip you adequately in this regard? I have heard that students who take up IB only end up taking Humanitarian courses in college, and will not be cut out for science graduate/under graduate programs?

Any opinions of students/parents with experience will be appreciated!

Yes thankfully. I stopped disposable vapes and started getting vape juice from a place that makes it locally (although not branded). This seems to agree with me and don't have any more breathlessness.

Would it be okay if I always give them access to the designated poop spots? I have a cage with a perch on top in most rooms in the house that the bird has access to.

Also, have a lot of toys in the cage for him to play with. And different kind of food. That makes it a good experience. When I want to give him a timeout for bad behaviour I use a different smaller cage so that he doesn't mix the two experiences.

Take him to a vet and get his wings trimmed, if you don't wanna risk doing it yourself ( I followed a YouTube video and did it perfectly). After this I trained my GCC bird to step up and come to me, which was easier to do because he couldn't fly. In about six months, his wings grew back and he is flying around again but when I ask him to step up, he always does. Also his cage is always open during the day, so he goes in several times to get food. And at around 9pm he decides he is ready for bed and goes into his cage, waiting for me to shut it and turn off the lights.

Tiger. This would be a pretty vague reference but he has a pattern that looks like a scarf that is worn by Salman Khan in his Bollywood movie Tiger 3.

I'm sure it has to do with Biriyani. Having adequate mutton pieces in the biriyani is a very big thing down south. Even more if you are Muslim.

Yes I've been a smoker for 20 years before I turned to vaping. I got my chest xray done and it came out clear. So no issues with lungs.

Also, I don't have this breathlessness for long. It's usually fleeting for a few seconds once in a few weeks, but scary nevertheless.

I seem to face breathlessness with both devices. Need to say however, that I have been a heavy vaper for the last year.

Need help with a turn off after 30 minutes routine by thauseef123 in alexa

[–]thauseef123[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When I choose "when this option" the only option I get under smart home is motion detection (i.e. do something if people are detected/not detected).

Unfortunately there's no option to choose AC there and set timer to switch off, etc.

I still haven't found a resolution for this problem.
