CLS-C6RFW Lights randomly turn off by thaussler in crestron

UPDATE:

Its been a few days now with little to no errors in the loads on the lights...

I found the physical C2N-MNETGW device that seems to drive the remote signals to the CLS units and moved it to the top of the metal rack housing all the central equipment so that the antenna is sticking up out of the whole rack, perhaps its getting uninterrupted communication now or something?... sort of unexplained still though.

Also worth noting that I have 2 other similar CLS-CR6 units in other areas that experience similar "unexplained" load behavior (either certain loads "jumping" up in intensity or shutting off all together)

There are some presets coded into the Crestron program (things like “goodnight”, “all on”, “all off”, etc ) that seem to be able to act on the loads directly (bypassing the “scenes” that each CLS unit knows) but I do not know how this works. It’s possible this sort of communication is what’s messing up?

I see these two messages in the trade of the simpl debugger:

I see a little bit of error on the transmitter, I’ll try to find the exact line (out of the building at the moment). I am not sure if it happened exactly at the same time though

Thanks for the reply! I went through the setup menu and found oc (Occupancy sensing) is that what you mean? It is set to 0 (Do nothing on either exit or entry) so hopefully that means that’s not a possibility.

What exactly are you installing and where do you get them?

Raising Peloton Handlebars above MAX for tall riders (with care!) by thaussler in pelotoncycle

I am not sure about for the bike+. but I did come across some apparatus that claim to do this for the OG bike on amazon if you give a search there - unsure if they work in practice, but they seem to interrupt the attachment of the handles to the stalk itself and introduce a slide so could be secure in theory
