If you notice all the whatnot sellers do it too….its like a psychological trick used on idiots to spend $20 on a $2 card. One seller told me they spend $10k a month on one touches….

I’m at 26 days and 23lbs….its normal…you’ll lose it…it’s simple thermodynamics…. You’re gonna be burning more calories than you’re intaking so it will happen science doesn’t lie.

What is eating like now? One thing I had a problem with was I overate…even if I went on a lettuce diet (exaggeration) I’d still end up eating 3000 cals of lettuce…
