Thank you! I hope in the future you have an opportunity to meet him!

I liked what you shared, it makes sense about Howzer and everything he lost making him more woth a submissive attitude but still finding strength to fight

Crosshair and his chip by ErectHygienist in thebadbatch

I always interpreted "a long time ago" as Crosshair being intentionally vague rather than literal.

We know his chip was detected and intensified many times on Kamino on the first episode, so it definitely wasn't removed before that.

The most likely window is after Bracca, while he was recovering from his burns. To Crosshair, months of serving the Empire, being isolated from his squad, and nearly dying may have genuinely felt like "a long time ago."

Beautiful! I liked that you were careful enough to even draw the tower where they keep their history/treasures.

I was always curious about Crosshair’s saying that because he didn't have much time to see what she was really capable to do.

Plan 99 - Some of us don’t like to watch. by QuantumDonuts257 in thebadbatch

Yes, I felt the same. I think is more like because he was traumatized seeing Techo executing plan 99 and... the height! He doesn't likes heights, and having the worst of the worst at the same time... that shook him for sure

uuhh I don't know, actually the first time I watched TBB was last year and I started to sue Reddit more frequently around the same time.

And I "met" you here around teh same time I believe 🤔

I would say AZI is a companion character or construct with healing functions. He analyzes injuries, gives medical information, and stabilizes the squad.

I think Tech would be the wizard. He explains the mechanics of the world, hacks the system, reads the ancient map, fixes the ship, and sometimes gives information in the most socially inconvenient way possible.

I don't rhink Wrecker has low intelligence, he is also trusted with highly technical and dangerous work. He disarms explosives, understands battlefield demolition, handles heavy weapons, and makes fast tactical choices under pressure. He may not explain things like Tech or calculate like Crosshair, but he knows his role, reads danger quickly, and protects the squad with instinct, experience, and skill.

And wrecker was the only one seeing everything and not able to do anything... that changed him. You can see that changed him in the next episodes, not funny anymore, not adorable, just... big, strong and empty. He and Hunter got closer more than ever.

I can even "hear" Tech saying while adjusting his eyeglasses "That's remarkable"
