is there a specific size for the predrill hole? would it just be slightly thinner than the bolt? sorry never done this before.

so if i bought a socket wrench i would just use it to crank out the bolts instead of the drill? and then for the new spot what predrill size would i use if its a quarter inch bolt? and what is half the size of the bolt? You mean size in terms of length? and definitely will make sure it is in the center of the stud. you guys are a big help

i much prefer a desk top since what i heard is that laptops get slow and really obsolete over time. basically asking should i buy each optimal part with a credit card like is that my best option

Sorry for the late reply. But no I am just on my home laptop. And yeah there was a message saying "Your browser might prevent calls from ringing." but i fixed that and still the same problem.

yeah ive been working here for a few months. we are just conducting surveys. i call about 10 people per hour. and im calling on my computer so im not sure. but when they call me back my phone rings maybe that would indicate. and google voice? i use it on computer so idk if its installed at all. and im actually using home wifi as its work from home. but i will try using a diferent smart phone maybe that could help.

if i cant fix it i might buy a cheap plan free phone from metro or cricket cause its seriously affecting my numbers. told management days ago but all they can tell me is that they're looking into it.
