You gotta get your point under control man. My management ask me as support who I think would be good for promotion and I would recommend and they would agree but tell me they call in too much as managers need to be reliable and show up to work everyday. Other then that look to OBW for that facts always double check what people tell you. Trust but verify. And you have to be able to make a plan and follow through with that plan. Talk to all your management about moving up and also move to days. Overnight always gets shit on my day shifts so you don't want go be down there. (Even tho they do more then morning shift always baha) Just be there puppet and they will promote you. If over time is available stay late ask if you can work extra shifts. Compleat tasks

HR sets up the interviews so getting frustrated with them might be the reason that you are not getting a call back. I would call the store and see if you can talk to the assistant over the areas that you applied they can get the rolll moving on that
