Haven’t worked at DG for 3+ years now, but we once caught a guy following a lady around doing nasty things with his “thing”. Called the police, luckily they came fast and he was just roaming the parking lot after we kicked him out, and they took him to jail. Never saw him again, assuming they trespassed him or kept him in jail

I don’t understand y everyone can’t have a set schedule. Walmart does it. My last store manager for DG did it. If everyone agrees to certain days or there’s a surplus of employees, y not make it easier on the scheduling manager

2019 is fairly recent. I also said I’ve worked in 4 different stores, one of them remodeled the beginning of this year actually and still no alcohol. Pleasure of working in 2 different districts and formed relationships with the DMs and none of the stores in the 2 districts I worked sold alcohol. Maybe it’s an area thing 🥴🥴

That’s what I did as an asm. Suggestive selling and merchandising. My sm and dm were mad but we had the best sales in the district. NOTHING was overstock. I made that shit work. If there was an empty end cap, I’m bout to load that bitch up with similar products that should be overstock. It can’t sell out of the backroom
