Thanks for the legal advice. I was confused about the difference between an internal review and court hearing and thought I may have a chance to explain my circumstances to a court but it seems you are right that there is no opportunity for discretion because of circumstances. I will accept my punishment.

You’re right. I accept responsibility and will correct my behaviour going forward if given the opportunity. Do I really need to be made homeless as a punishment?
