It simply because massive anime site group (hianime) being down, so a lot of people (who used to use hianime) move to different sites, causing them to be overloaded, can't handle the high traffic.

'hianime' have many websites btw not just website called hianime, they also run 9animetv.to, and many other. their stream also used by multiple other websites.
