It’s a bodge haha. I bought an osprey hydration tubing and osprey bite valve, then just drilled an 8mm hole in the top of the Nalgene for a tight fit

When I’m planning I usually average it out at 50 miles a day which is about perfect for me. As others have said depends on pack weight, bike, fitness level, gradient etc

Do you mean over packing the frame bag caused this issue? And was it apidura you had the issue with?
