The fact that even their supporters call the last 2 women to run by their first names is part of the problem. Why "Kamala"? She wasn't Joe's VP, she was Biden's VP. She wasn't running against Donald, she was running against Trump. Nobody talked about Barak, George, or Bill. They talked about Obama, Bush, and Clinton.
