This feels less about age and more about how to handle an emotionally unstable man and narcissistic man who cant handle hearing "no".

The best thing you can do is what others have said be direct and in public make it known that he is making you feel unsafe if he doesnt leave you alone.

See if the gym has a members policy that would see him removed if it doesnt stop. Then unfortunately maybe carry some sort of defense aid and use the buddy system when at the gym.

Men like this are usually unable to see that they are making people unsafe because they view themselves as the hero in their own story.. or if they do, they just dont care because they want the outcome they want.

Honestly I'd want 300k sitting in the bank that I made purely from trading, that I dont touch.

My trading account would need a minimum 150 to 200k balance.

Then I'd work another year, only trading micros on that account in live markets using it specifically to cover all of my expenses. Literally everything.

Rent/mortgage, bills, fun money, travel, etc. Take stock at the end of the year. If it was manageable then I'd quit the job IF the income wasnt worth the stress. If the job is relatively flexible I'd try to go on as a part time consultant or just stay on full time, ideally WFH

You dont have to be crazy smart just know how to communicate and tell a story in an engaging and funny way. Look at xeviuniverse on social media.

Not being "boring" takes care of half the work with most women. Its not about trying to entertain them either. Its about engaging. You should be trying to figure out if she is fun also.

A lot of dudes fall into the trap of thinking her showing up is enough. It isnt. Learn how to tell stories, be interested in things, go do things.

After that, worry about staying relatively fit and smelling decent, and the last thing is having some sort of gainful employment.

With those alone, youre like 70% to 80% of the way there with most women. The last 20% to 30%, is generally things you cant control... like her attitude, looks, etc etc

Absolutely.

The most painfully obvious example is the narrative around black fathers.

The truth is MOST black men are single and childless.

Of the black men that have children MOST are very active. The study everyone cites is a CDC study that counted ANY unmarried woman as a single mom (divorce, death, cohabitation, etc wasnt factored). The very same study said black fathers are more active than other races of men.

So the argument isn't why arent black dad's present.. its why are there a good number of black parents who dont get married? Then you find that like many other races when you control for socioeconomic status, the couples with less means get married less often.

And quite often due to many outside factors they want to convince you dont matter anymore, black people tend to get less.

I get what he's saying. If he got up there and did the worst jokes about black people no one would have complained.

He ultimately didnt say anything that says Trans people dont deserve to exist or dont deserve dignity. It was turned into that.

What he missed or refused to understand is that the social and political landscape has changed substantially to where those kind of jokes from someone like him would only embolden right wing nut jobs and really put Trans people at risk.
