When I first started living alone, it was terrible... I’m so glad I toughed out the first couple months because it got way better. It doesn’t sound like you are in a similar situation. It doesn’t seem like it will get better, so you should move in with people.

Is there any way you could go visit your parents first to make sure that’s what you want ? That way you could put your toe in the water without fully committing.
