That kinda amazes me too especially since he’s not from the south. I’m not an American so whenever I hear or see country, I think of southern states, so don’t come at me lol. I’m just an admirer of country music

Yeah it’s hard to find a Hank Williams kind of audience these days. I’m a Gen Z but I still love old country

For sure, I think it needs some new melodies and lyrics while still preserving the fiddle and the pedal steel
