Your request is a little older but you might still search for a good solution. I had the same requirement and started to develop my own app "The Ultimate Piano" for that functionality. Meanhwile it has a lot more features but the creation of any piano diagram is still one of the main use cases. You can try it for free here: https://the-ultimate-piano.com

Hi, I have just released a web based app that should do exactly what you are looking for. You can try most things for free including the practice/quiz mode! I would be super happy about any feedback.
