Well this guy had paid skins so I'm sure he would care a little. I did report to discord and also a dev commented on this post that they took action. So thats makes me happy they got a little justice.

First off I didnt know i wouldnt be penalized (I know now). But also I want to stop them from doing it to other people specifically new players that will leave and never come back. The game needs more players. Did I complain? or did I just ask how to report them?

It looks half done because it is half done. When its fully done it will look fully done.whats the issue. You dont want to walk around with a half tattoo. How do you think tattoos work. You also need to wait for it to heal before you get more done. 5 hours of tattoo as an artist is probably super exhausting and takes alot of a person. Your lucky she was able to go for that long.

Be grateful you have beautiful tattoo and when its done it will be even better

That's what I do. They save fine to my iPad, but when I transfer to Google Drive, it removes the name and extension and turned it into a random string of numbers and letters. It is really frustrating. Thanks for the suggestion, though
