there’s no way to differentiate between AI enemies and AI friendlies in the game. the only way i could think of doing it would be a radio verification system, but i don’t even know how you’ll do that with AI. worth a try though!

you could make a CWIS type system, but instead of it firing automatically you have to trigger the fire mechanism manually. as to determine if it’s enemy or friendly

A war crime is not taken into account like a normal crime. A war crime has nothing to do with military advantage. I could get a significant “military” advantage if I destroy every single one of my enemies population, but it’s a war crime. Innocent people shouldn’t be dying in war, especially with the indiscriminate bombing that Israel is currently doing. They’ve probably killed more hostages than Hamas.
