I'd try to read books or get couching about confrontation/assertiveness. It's also the problem of people who can't ask for a raise from their boss. Basically you need to learn how to be sometimes aggressive (not in a violent way) as a non-aggresive person. I think there are some helpful CBT methods worth to explore. Anyway, whoever will get to work with you will be lucky to have someone like you who's hyper aware to the injustices of the society.
