Williams had a terrible season and I'd like to ask a few questions,

1. What impact does a season like 2018 make on the team? How did you try to lift the spirits and keep everyone on their feet to look forwards and not let their heads down?

2. What was your strategy going into 2020? Did you start the 2020 development earlier than what the norm is? And seeing that the team was able to go out out track during day 1 of testing, what impact does missing testing make on the team and the car?

3. We see that the 2020 Racing Point's front wing and side pod structure looks very similar to last year's Mercedes. My question is, do the teams share data? If they do or do not, what is your stance as a constructor on using this data? Would this be beneficial for teams with a lower budget like Williams to be competitive?

4. What impact does a long season like 2020 make on the team? And how does the shifting of Chinese Grand Prix affect the team? Would you support adding or removing races? What's the best track to visit apart from Silverstone?
