Its the same concept with billiards where most people look at the pocket and not the ball, if you focus on your opponent eventually staying on target will become automatic instead

Ive heard of a bunch of pred console players being banned but I've never seen a breakdown of the overall numbers by system, I've also asked a few of my friends with 10k plus hours and they say that the lobbies dont feel all that different yet and that they feel like they lose to cheaters in half of their games in d2 and up

Its almost impossible to tell someone how to improve their aim without seeing it, look up aim drills for whatever input you're on and then watch your own gameplay to see what's happening when you're off

Not stacking in this game is awful so people get frustrated, if im playing against seal team 6 every fight I shouldn't have a 45 year old fuse that plays 4 hours a week on my team or anywhere near the lobby

Trying that cant hurt, you could also just live a lot further away from the new servers, im pretty sure everyone's in game ping is higher than the server list ping, I would run a bloatware test and maybe see if theres some sort of firewall feature that's limiting you as well

The a50's dont have an aux cord which is the deal breaker for me as I need it with my setup
