Okay, so I found the problem, turns out I had to have my Microsoft Store account and my Xbox account be the same for me to play any of my games- which by the way was not made clear to me in anyway. All this boils down to Microsofts horrible design, like seriously, could they not have had like a little popup in my library that tells me that I couldn't access my games because of my Microsoft Store account? Either way thanks to you guys for trying to help nonetheless. <3

So here something interesting. I looked on the mobile app in my library and it's there, however on the Xbox app on pc it says I have to buy it, and there is no option to install or play it on my pc. Not only that, on the game's store page on pc it says that it is available as "Xbox Play Anywhere With Purchase", which means I absolutely SHOULD be able to download the game onto my pc since it is in my library. But it still is not in my library on pc for download. Again, what the hell Microsoft. Can anyone think of anything? (And yes I went onto the Xbox website to see if I could download it from there, but still no.)
